Swampy’s Florida Postcard Thursday: Cypress Gardens, America’s Tropical Wonderland
As Cypress Gardens once was. “An array of floral beauty surrounds the gazebo of Florida’s Cypress Gardens”, as stated in the back of the postcard.
The postcard was mailed February 28th, 1976 from “Angie” to “Mr. & Mrs. Vincent Gero, Raritan, New Jersey.
I found a mention of a Vincent Gero from a 1954 edition of the Raritan, N.J., newspaper in which he is listed as handling transportation for the local fair.
