This isn’t surprising of a multi-story structure that contained dancing chickens, barber shop, department store and so much more all under one name – Webb’s City. All in the core of Downtown Saint Petersburg. Webb’s City opened in 1926 and closed in 1979.
The wording is hard to read – but well worth the time to read! It is hilarious.
