Here’s a postcard of the dining are of a lo0ng gone S & S Cafeteria in Winter Park. Though the card is not postmarked, I’d say this is from the late 1960s. I believe the last S & S to close in Florida was on Nova road in between Holly Hill and Daytona Beach.

I remember this restaurant well. The building still stands as a bank today. This is a shot from the area one would have come out of the cafeteria line and headed to a table. In the background is the entrance doors and just to the right is where one would pay for their food on their way out.
