Review: Paradise Restaurant, Safety Harbor – Biscuits and gravy with 2 Eggs.

I’ve visited the Paradise Restaurant many times and almost entirely gotten a good meal. This visit was an exception.

I ordered the “biscuits and gravy with eggs”.

The biscuits were more like soft rolls and the gravy was some soupy gravy stuff that had some formerly frozen sausage in it and tasted that way.. The rolls were much like a steak roll and seemed and tasted almost stale.

Being a Southerner, I have a certain expectation of really good sausage gravy over biscuits. This serving was no where near expectations.

The eggs I ordered were scrambled. Those were standard. A buttery flavor was missing. Consistency was good.

Basically the entire order came as something one would get at a restaurant in the Northern US: Bland and rather tasteless.

Bottom Line: i don’t recommend this order. 4 out of 10 points.

My visit was February 12th, 2020 for a 10 am meeting with one person and dropping off a painting to another.
