Review: Rocco’s Pizza Pasta Grill, Bradenton – Spaghetti with meat sauce.

This was my second visit to Rocco’s and getting spaghetti with meat sauce. It was a terrific meal before. This visit was no exception.

I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce as I had during my first visit a few weeks ago. Their dish is now one of my favorite spaghetti dishes in the state.

I love the consistency of their pasta. Made just right! The pasta is also made at the location, by the way.

More over, I love their meat sauce. It has meat in it!!! This is becoming less and less the case i notice in my travels. Their sauce is actually plentiful in meat. So the sauce has a meaty consistency to it with a bit of mushroom and whatever great ingredients they use to create the rest of the sauce.

The garlic rolls are more Italian than the garlic usual found in a more faux Italian spot, like Olive Garden. The rolls are harder on the outside and perfect inside.

The whole is fantastic and I look forward to returning soon!

Bottom Line: I recommend this order. 8 out of 10 points.

By the way, I encountered a different bit of staff. These folks are from Italy! Italian is spoken among the employees. So, these folks are the real thing!
