Here’s a postcard of the St. Pius X Catholic Church in Fort Lauderdale.
There’s not a postmark on the card. Based upon some construction details, I’d guess sometime in the 1970s.
Below is a photograph of the church currently. Obviously a popular Sunday spot!
Interesting alterations of the church. A second story has been added, while keeping the original foundation and losing the front overhang. The red coloring is very odd for a Catholic Church. Also, the large cross above is now gone.
