Here’s an undated postcard of the famous Louis Pappas Fresh Greek Restaurant.

Known for it’s Greek fare it was legendary in Tarpon Years since 1925. In the early ’90s the original structure was rebuilt to include a second story for meeting space. Over a decade ago, there was a decision to change a bit of focus, the original location was demolished and the restaurant reopened in a different location and a bit of different menu, along with a set of other locations.
