This is one of the old fishing areas in Mead Gardens. Recall seeing folks fishing here in the ’70s and ’80s and certainly occurred before. Recall finding fishing bobs around and hooks. I’ll share one I found soon.

Now the watery spot is just a pond on the north side of the park.
