My father was the store managerat the time…I grow up in that store, as a young. child I know every department head.you will never see companies like this ever again.
I worked for Mr. Smith from 1985-about 1991.
I have great memories of that time!
Their motto was “The customer is always right.”
I really miss those times and people.
It is so true that these companies and the way they did business are gone.
