Swampy’s Florida Historic Photos: Dancers on Indian Rocks Beach, 1925.
It’s December 1925 and the economy was humming along and the Florida land boom was in full force. Dancing was very much in vogue. Here is a dance class run by Mrs. Armour on Indian Rocks Beach. According to the book this is from this scene was captured on film to “acquaint people in the north with the charm of Florida’s winter season.”
