Here’s Swampy with Sinclair who works in the only other Royal Castle in Miami. He explained the difference between his burgers and Arnold’s Royal Castle. Below is a photo of the two sets of the burgers side by side. On the left is Arnold’s and on the right is Sinclair’s. Sinclair’s look much more like a burger, they cut real onions and toast their buns. There definitely a significant difference in taste with Sinclair’s winning out. By the way, Sinclair does not own the restaurant. He’s just very proud of his work. Wouldn’t it be great to find more employees dedicated to their work!!!
