The newest Swampy book premieres this weekend – ‘Billy Bowlegs Pirate Festival’. The book was created for the Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce‘s annual Billy Bowlegs Pirate Festival. Swampy’s Rob Smith, Jr., writer and artist of the book, will be signing & drawing personalized doodles in copies at the Fort Walton Beach Chamber booth in the Pirate Village near The Landing.
