Here’s a matchbook for the Happy Dolphin Inn.The Inn is now renamed, as most have, The Dolphin Beach Resort. The first name was cheerful. Now it just sounds expensive.
Below is the flip side advertising what appears to be a sister location in Dallas, Texas.
Please excuse the images. A new computer with new software has a silly learning curve these days.
Due to a a computer that had to be replaced and the delays of getting one waaaaay out into the swamps of the Big Cypress, Swampy’s Florida updates of the weekly features will be delayed until next week.
In the meantime look for live updates on Facebook and Twitter all around Pinellas County as Swampy settles in St. Petersburg for the rest of the week.

This was quite a place at it’s time. Tiki Gardens is now gone and now is a parking lot for beach goers at Indian Rocks Beach.
