Here’s an advertisement from the Miami News, March 3rd, 1960, you are unlikely to see today. Not just because of the price or because of portraying a child as a child. But because of the obvious hand done layout of the ad. The hand drawn circle around the “our prices” is the most obvious sign of the ad being hand made. Today this ad would be all slick looking and likely in color.
