Here’s the infamous St. Petersburg pier built in 1926. The ’26 pier replaced a far more modest structure. This version was replaced in 1972 with the building there today.
Look at all the people on the Pier! The card doesn’t mention if some event is going on, but that sure is a lot of folks there! The card is also undated but seems from the 1960’s.
