Swampy’s #Florida says Happy Punch Day!
Though Punch Day is more about Kool Aid than swinging punches, thought this a good opportunity to throw in some Miami Beach history.

Cassius Clay came into Miami Beach in the early ’60s and left as Muhammad Ali. The spot he trained, the 5th Street Gym is no longer there. A new structure was built recently in the original spot and taking the original name. Angelo Dundee’s training brought Cassius at 22 to the Miami Beach Convention Center to slug down Sonny LIston and soar to historic heights in boxing sports history created an American legend.
