This station looks like small child’s clubhouse until  you put the horse and wagon to the left in proportion. The opening looks tall enough to match the train car doors that they would load and unload from. The station once existed in Lake Fern, a small community that still exists north of Tampa near the Pasco County line. The inset is a schedule of stations in the area to Tarpon Springs. Each had a station of some kind, much like this one. The line was closed in 1960 and the stations removed.
