On the Swampy’s Florida Christmas Tree: The Pioneer Florida Museum, Dade City.
Here’s a great way to celebrate Christmas and help our states historical museums: Buy a Christmas ornament of the location. During the next week, I’ll feature Christmas ornaments from Florida museums, Cracker villages and societies.
This one is from the Florida Pioneer Museum and Village in Dade City. The school featured is a real Florida school house that once operated in Pasco County. During tours and events the school house is set up as a real school so folks can experience how the school function many years ago.
