Swampy’s Florida Postcard: Orange Grove by Moonlight, 1955.

This postcard was mailed from Sebring in 1955 to George W. Hardy in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. It’s signed “Dad”, so it appears the postcard was mailed to his son, George. Apparently George’s mother had a bad headache and went to the hospital. This being sent in February, “Dad” writes that “the days are warm, the nights are cooler”. Their recreation is in the last line: “We play cards most every evening”.
