Swampy's Florida

Swampy nabs a burger at Okeecobee’s favorite night spot, Cowboys. Cowboys opened five years ago replacing one of the R.J. Gators spots along St Rd 441. The location proved too popular and in January Cowboy’s moved on to Parrott Avenue with ample parking and much more dining room.

This is not Swampy’s first stop at Cowboys. Last time got a slab of excellent ribs. This time didn’t need as much and got a Cowboy burger. It came cooked as ordered and very good. It was juicy as a good burger should be. The tomato, lettuce and onion came in the bun and very fresh. The serving of steak fries was mighty small, but it all still adds up to a good value.
