Swampy stops at the 65 year old Dairy Belle on US 1 in Riviera Beach. There have been many owners over the years. The current owner has had the business fifteen years.
As road construction plagues the businesses along the major thoroughfare, Dairy Belle holds on. Noticed while traveling the state many small and local businesses closing as road construction has taken presidency over commerce. That is really evident between Lady Lake and Leesburg along US 441 where many businesses have closed as road construction plows into it’s third year.
The Dairy Belle is the best! Great ice cream, and the people who run it – Royanna, Alanna and Co. – are even better. A must-stop if you’re in South Florida.
