Howard Johnson’s restaurants are long gone, but the hotels live on! The restaurant buildings can be found all over the state. The orange and teal still on some. Here’s an advertisement from today, March 4th, 1980, that was in the Sarasota Journal.
Interesting that a number of grocery products we’ve seen in other ads posted haven’t changed much through the decades, but these restaurant prices sure have!
