Swampy’s Florida Postcard: “The World’s Most Famous Beach”, Daytona Beach!
This appears to be from the 1950s. All of this greenery is gone now. I’m not aware of any spot along the edge of Daytona Beach that has such lush greenery.
I originally scanned this in 10 years ago and can’t locate the postcard right now. Seems it was not mailed and I gave no other details in the original post.
I wish Daytona beach would have more natural areas of sea oats and the like. The beaches north and south of Daytona Beach do.
