Here’s the Atlantic Coast Line railroad station in Altamonte Springs in the mid-1920s.
I initially posted this 11 years ago before I was adding sources, but likely the Schofner Altamote Springs history book.

This postcard isn’t postmarked, but the 1968 grown in the front lawn of the Coral Gables Cit Hall indicates the age. This is one City Hall that looks the same as it did when it was built. It has had changes, including a much reported mess involving an expansion. It’s still an architectural highlight that caps the Miracle Mile of Coral Gables.
This postcard is part of the Swampy’s Florida collection. . . . . . . #CoralGables #CityHall #FloridaCityHall #Postcards #Floridana #Collectables #FloridaCollectables #FloridaPostcards
Today is Relaxation Day and what better way to do that than to hike one of the hundreds and hundreds of miles of trails in our great state? The best way to do that is to become part of an organization Swampy is – the Florida Trail Association. The FTA manages the 1500 miles of Florida’s national scenic trail that runs from south of the Tamiami Trail in the Everglades to Apalachicola National Forest.
Swampy also recommends checking out Florida Hikes for great places to hike. . . . . . . #Florida #Celebration #Celebrate #DailyCartoon #Daily #Cartoon #Hiking #Hike #RelaxationDay #Relax #Relaxation #Happy
